live in the Alaska Section meeting online,
beginning March 4. 2013.
For over a decade, the AWRA Alaska Section Annual Conference
has brought together policy makers, managers, and researchers
from across the state in order to advance the understanding,
use and management of Alaska's water resources. The 2013 conference
will take place at the BP Energy Center, Anchorage on March
4-6th with Well Log Tracking System Workshop on the morning
of March 4th and a field trip to Ship Creek on the afternoon
of March 7th.
The AWRA-AK Annual Conference attracts a range of studies
related to Alaska's water resources. Examples of session topics
for the 2013 conference include, but are not limited to:

- Expanding restoration knowledge in Alaska
- Small-and large-scale hydroelectric projects
- roundwater challenges with a focus on the MatSu/Anchorage basin

Continuing Education
Credits:
Attendees will be able to receive up to 6 credits/day
during the conference sessions and additional credits
when attending the workshop. Certificates will be available
at the registration table.
