Membership Registration Instructions 2009-10

There are two ways to register as a member:

By mail:

1. Open the registration form.
2. Print the form and fill it out.
3. Mail the form with a check to the address on the form.

Electronically:

1. Open the registration form.
2. Fill out the form.
3. Click on the "Submit via email" box, which will appear in the upper right of the form when you start to fill out the form.
4. Fill our the electronic payment form below.

National Capital Region - Membership Registration

$25 Individual Membership $10 Student Membership $100 Corporate Membership

When you click "Pay Now," you will be sent to the clickandpledge.com website. You will be asked to provide additional information (name, etc.) to complete the order. Don't forget to email in your membership form, so we can match it with your payment!
