The American Water Resources Association (AWRA) is a multi-disciplinary organization dedicated to the advancement of research, planning, management, development, and education in water resources. AWRA provides a focal point for the collection, organization, and dissemination of ideas and information in the physical, biological, economic, social, political, legal, and engineering aspects of water related issues.

The Pennsylvania Section of AWRA is financially independent of the national organization and is supported by its own membership dues.

Spring Webinar Series

The Pennsylvania State Section of the American Water Resources Association is proud to sponsor three webinars this spring featuring outstanding water resources projects throughout Pennsylvania. These webinars are free and PA-AWRA will provide a certificate of attendence to all registrants who log on to the webinar.

2012 Annual Conference - Call for Papers

The Pennsylvania Section of American Water Resources Association is planning its annual fall conference, to be held October 11, 2012 in Harrisburg. The theme for this year is "Water Quality in Pennsylvania - Sources of Impairment and Efforts to Address Them."

The planning committee is issuing a call for papers from any interested parties who would like to be considered to offer an oral presentation at the conference.
